WAITING LIST

The Horizon Waiting List Module features a “Housing System Search.” This powerful tool allows the user to search the entire database for existing information on current and former tenants. When investigating previous applicant and tenant information, users can search the database by social security number, last name, or date of birth. The Housing System Search will return all results by program, including Collection Loss tenants.

Once the search is completed, users can enter applicants using the effortless New Application Wizard. The wizard will guide users through the early stages of the application process.

The Horizon Waiting List allows users to add applicants to multiple Waiting Lists, while tracking each separately. At the same time, Waiting List reports are filtered by program, location, and bedroom sizes. In addition, users can report on statistics including age, sex, ethnicity, and income levels. All information entered in the Waiting List will transfer with ease to Tenant Management.
