TENANT MANAGEMENT
The Horizon Tenant Management Module has been packaged
with Tenant Accounting to offer users the ability to track
the re-exam process as well as charge and collect monthly
rent. Users can search for tenants by running the Advanced
Search tool. Both active and inactive tenants can be located
by first or last name, social security number, unit address,
tenant number, or development name.
After being housed, tenants are maintained in a
user-friendly environment. Annual and interim re-exams are
processed without much effort. In addition all household
data including income, asset, and medical information can be
added or edited very easily. From the main tenant screen,
users can view current charges and receipts, as well as, all
work orders assigned to that tenant.
The Powerful Word Merge allows forms and letters to be
created according to user specifications. The ability to
merge tenant information increases efficiency and allows
user to effectively manage tenant verifications and re-exam
notices. Custom forms and letters can be printed for
individual tenants, or the letters can be printed in a batch
for an entire development.
