Maintenance Management Module is user friendly. Quick and easy Work Order Entry screen allows the user to generate a Work Order in minutes. User has the ability to create Recurring Work Orders by entering a specified date range.

When Tenant Charges are assessed, Maintenance Management Module interfaces charges to the Tenant Management Module. Maintenance Management also interfaces with Materials Management by reducing Inventory items used during the Work Order.

This module allows the user to view a History of Work Orders for a specified site or Tenant. User friendly ability to set up and maintain specified Categories, Service Codes, and Recurring Work Orders. Recurring Work Orders allow the user to enter a specified date range and gather all work orders due within that period.
