
HOUSING CONTRACTS
The Horizon Housing Contracts module will revolutionize
the way Housing Authorities manage their Capital Fund and
other grant programs. Each grant program is maintained as a
separate funding source allowing users to enter original and
revised budgets to correspond with HUD guidelines. All
vendor contracts and employee related costs are assigned to
the appropriate grant. Users can then create all of the
detail information necessary to account for each contract
down to the work item and community.
The most powerful feature of the Housing Contracts module is
the integration with Horizon Financials and Payroll. As
users enter bills, or pay employees related to any grant
program, the costs are automatically assigned to the
appropriate contract and work item. This complete eliminates
the need for double entry.
The Contract Register report provides summary or detail
information on each grant program and contract down to the
individual transaction. AMP reporting is also available to
meet HUD requirements for project based authorities.
