HOUSING BILLING

The Horizon Housing Billing Module is fully integrated with Horizon Financials and other Housing modules to provide a complete billing and collection system for Housing Authorities. This module can be used in for multiple applications including collections management, Section 8 receivable management and Inter-AMP billing.

For Project Management based authorities, the Work Order module interfaces directly to Housing Billing to bill AMPs for labor and materials that are shared with other AMPS. You can also efficiently transfer inventory from a central office warehouse and bill the appropriate AMP.

All users can benefit from the direct interface between Tenant Management and Section 8, whereby collection loss or other receivable amounts can be transferred directly to the Housing Billing module with just a few keystrokes.

Once accounts are established in Housing Billing they will show up on the Housing System Lookup (which is available from all housing modules) as a Collections Account. This can be particularly useful when taking new applications.
