50059 PROCESSING
Within the 50059 Processing Module, users can create
Tenant and Voucher Submission files. In addition, Horizon
provides the ability to upload files to iMAX with one click
of the mouse. This enhanced functionality will increase
efficiency and significantly reduce time spent logging onto
www.HUD.gov and uploading files inside the website. Once
files have been uploaded, users can view the files sent at
any point in time.
The newly developed Version 15 50059 Program is equipped
with various features that will assist users in the process
of gathering tenant and voucher data for submission to iMAX.
A Pending Submission Report allows users to view all changes
for the current Voucher Date. This Report supports staff
efforts to track and maintain Tenant files that need
submitted. Furthermore, adjustments for changes to tenant
files are automatically created through Horizon’s “Pull
Voucher” process.
The Horizon 50059 is complete with a user manual, as well
as, a step-by-step “How-To” for the Tenant and Voucher
submission process.
