Within the Horizon 50058 Module, users can create tenant files based on the specified program; furthermore, users can gather both Section 8 and Public Housing files at once. A date range is also provided to assist users in specifying the desired effective dates for submission. Additionally, users can enter an end date only. By doing so, no 50058s will be missed!

The 50058 Module provides a tracking tool for files that were sent to PIC. The program produces a Submission Report that displays all tenant files that were created and sent. In addition, the Tenant Work File marks the file as “Sent.” When the file is marked as Sent, it will no longer be gathered for submission to PIC. All 50058 records are stored and maintained in the 50058 Module. Users can edit tenant information and resubmit to PIC with ease.
